How it works:

Follow these steps to book your video consultation with one of our doctors.

1. Click your preferred mode of payment above.

2. Fill out the Online Video Consultation forms.

3. Settle the video consultation payment using your PayPal, Debit card, Credit card, GCash or PayMaya.

4. You will receive a text message from us confirming the closest video consultation schedule available.

5. If you agree with the schedule, we will send you a link for the Video Consultation.

6. Simply click on the link on your scheduled video consultation to speak with our doctors.

   • If you are using a smartphone, the link will ask you to install the Google Meet app. Please install the app on your device.

Our Rules:

• Emergency cases or life-threatening cases will not be accommodated through our Video Consultation service.

• You must be of legal age and located in the Philippines to avail the Video Consultation service.

• The patient must provide the complete details on the consultation form.

• If you are being represented by someone else, please make sure to provide proof of authorization.

• Please ensure that you are equipped with proper video conference equipment and internet connectivity.

• The Video Consultation session will be conducted using Google Meet.

• Payment for the Video Consultation is via GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.

• Paid Video Consultation can only be used by one patient within one year upon payment.

• The Video Consultation service can be cancelled or rescheduled 5 hours before the scheduled consultation.

• Non availment on the rescheduled date and time shall forfeit the purchased Video Consultation service.

• Tojino Medical Clinic or the Physicians may reschedule an appointment without any prior notice.

• The time provided for consultation to you is indicative and actual video consultation time may change depending on the consulting Doctor's discretion.

• Refunds may be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of a request from you.

• We will refrain to accommodate follow up questions or inquiries related to the video consultation after the call has expired.
